This internship role is part of the Service Division, where the candidate will work directly with the team to provide technical support to customers. Successful candidates will need to study and finish learning modules on SNN's surgical video, understand IFU instructions for SNN equipment, and practice sterilization modes. They will also need to align with SOPs on service, product complaint, and product recall. The internship will require the candidate to complete CRICE clinical practice modules, assist regional clinical engineers and local sales representatives, and demonstrate specialist knowledge of Smith & Nephew surgical imaging systems. Successful candidates will need a matric qualification, a degree or national diploma in electronic engineering or clinical engineering, a valid driver's license, and an own vehicle.
